What kind of products do you sell?

Cute, cozy, and practical finds for dogs and cats — things like beds, harnesses, leashes, grooming tools, toys, and more. Everything is picked the way we'd pick for our own pups, Sirius & Luna.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping typically takes 7-15 business days after that. Some items ship directly from our suppliers, so if you order more than one product, they may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Right now we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also see your order status any time on our Track Order page.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original packaging. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the cost. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
