Wondering where your S&L Paw Shop order is? Here's how to check.

1. Check your email

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

2. Check your account

If you created an account at checkout, you can see the status of all your orders anytime by signing in here.

3. Typical timeline

• Processing: 2-5 business days after you order
• Shipping: 7-15 business days after that

If you ordered more than one item, they may ship separately (sometimes from different suppliers), so you could get more than one tracking number.
